Kathleen Williams’ Statement On The House’s Passage Of The Great American Outdoors Act

BOZEMAN, MT — Today Kathleen Williams, candidate for Montana’s lone seat in the US House of Representatives, issued the following statement on the passage of the Great American Outdoors Act in the US House:

Passage of the Great American Outdoors Act is a crucial step forward in preserving our outdoor heritage, and I’m glad to see people of all political stripes coming together on an issue so important to Montanans. Our public lands and outdoors are key pillars of our state’s economy, and they are where family bonds are strengthened, where the spirit is renewed, where skills are tested and honed, where we learn the ways of wildlife and where we all get to have a lot of fun. Montanans deserve a member of Congress committed to our outdoor heritage, and unlike my opponent or our current representative, I’m ready to fight for our way of life in the House.
